Barre

Barre classes are a blend of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. Each combination of tiny isometric moves are intended to tighten and tone your tush, improve posture and strengthen your overall body.

Barre is a low impact workout. All fitness levels welcome and NO dance experience necessary.

Pre-registration is required at least two hours before the start of class

 

Gentle Yoga

This class is open for men and women who would like to begin increasing their flexibility and mobility. We will move slowly through various yoga poses allowing you to get a full body stretch, opening your body, mind, and spirit.

The intention is to help improve flexibility, joint range of motion, improve circulation, and blood flow.

Each class begins with a 10 minute meditation, allowing the mind to be still. Meditation is beneficial for reducing stress, increasing concentration, encouraging a healthy lifestyle, and increasing happiness.

Mat, towel, and water are provided.

Hot Power Yoga

Hot Power Yoga is a challenging yoga practice that will make you work, sweat, and empower you to focus and awaken your full potential. Please come with an open mind, yoga mat, and towel.

Tai Chi

Groove health & fitness is both excited and honored to be hosting Red Sarber for his Tai-Chi class.

Participants will learn how the Chinese philosophy connects the mind and body creating graceful, soft, flowing movements.
In addition to creating balance and harmony in the mind and body Tai-Chi has many other benefits which include:
– Better Balance
– Improved Focus
– Increased Mind-Body Awareness
– Increased Flexibility
– Stress Release

Synrgy360

Synrgy 360 is a Small Group Circuit Training Class that is anything but BORING! Synrgy creates energy and motivates participants of all fitness levels. You will focus on cardio, strength, endurance, and agility all in a 45-minute workout.
