This class is open for men and women who would like to begin increasing their flexibility and mobility. We will move slowly through various yoga poses allowing you to get a full body stretch, opening your body, mind, and spirit.
The intention is to help improve flexibility, joint range of motion, improve circulation, and blood flow.
Each class begins with a 10 minute meditation, allowing the mind to be still. Meditation is beneficial for reducing stress, increasing concentration, encouraging a healthy lifestyle, and increasing happiness.
Mat, towel, and water are provided.
Pre-registration is required at least two hours before the start of class
